Big thanks go to the creators of the Elonga app and especially the device that allows me to have a clear overview of my fitness. Thanks to objective measurement, I no longer have to grope in how I am. As a strength training enthusiast, I appreciate that the measurement shows me exactly when I can resume exercising and when it is time to recover. Although I encountered a problem with loading data from Health, this problem is already a thing of the past. The app works exactly as it should.

Give us also the context for functional respiration and parasympathetic involvement and regeneration, for example with Vaclavek and his breathing apparatus... Elonga measures it which is cool... I would appreciate more tips on improving regeneration and improving stress levels.

I compared the Garmin Enduro 2 as well as the Oura, and I find the Elonga more accurate on regeneration. Spectral analysis makes a real difference here. I would recommend adding an option for notes on health status.
