For 5 stars, it would still be necessary to work on recommendations for each day. A review of stress values would like to explain this in some way. If I'm above average, what? My own, or people my age? If only their own, then what average are the others? If the regeneration score is low, then how do I increase it? Adding similar tips would really help this product.
