How often should I measure?
You can measure as often as you like, but we recommend every other day. The key is to measure in the morning, right after waking up.
Does the app compromise user privacy?
No. We never share your data with anyone, and it’s securely stored. You can also delete your account and all associated data at any time.
What do stress and recovery values mean?
Stress and recovery values show how your body is handling load and how well it’s recovering. They’re based on HRV, which reflects the balance of your central nervous system.
